Welcome, so glad to have you here!
Whatever has brought you here, welcome. Therapy is a courageous undertaking; and I have such tremendous respect for those willing to seek change and understand themselves more deeply. Let's talk!
FAQ:
What do you specialize in?
A proud Badger, I received my MS in Counseling Psychology from UW-Madison and am a licensed psychotherapist in the state of Wisconsin. Throughout my career, I have worked in many settings and worn many hats, including work in substance use, trauma-informed care and training and supervision of new clinicians. I've also been a yoga teacher and spiritual seeker for over a decade which informs all aspects of my work and way of moving through the world. As I have transitioned into having a young family of my own, my career interested has blossomed into the spaces of pregnancy/postpartum, fertility challenges, parenting and relationship/family challenges.
Are sessions virtual?
Yes. Currently, I only provide services via telehealth.
Does insurance cover your services?
I largely am a fee-for-service practice and am able to provide you with materials needed to seek reimbursement from you insurance company. I do have a business agreement with a local medical practice that allows me to bill some insurance plans for established patients. Please send a message to inquire.
What are your fees?
Fees are based on market rates. Insurance companies are billed at $235 per intake session and $210 for follow up sessions. Sliding scale rates are available, please inquire.
How often will we meet?
I typically meet with clients every 1-4 weeks depending on need. Many clients find their issues are resolved in within 10 sessions or less. Occasionally, some clients will be seeking longer term, ongoing support from a therapist and I am happy to discuss these situations a case-by-case basis individually.
Do you offer coaching, consultation, education, and supervision?
Yes! And I love to do those things. Please send an inquiry.
